A Hardbody subscription will give you access to all the content that is available on the app and allow you to use all of the app's features.
Once you've subscribed, you will be able to choose from eight different workout plans.
First you will select your overall goal: Bulk or Cut - and then you will be able to choose between four options: 3, 4, 5 or 6 workouts per week.
Each workout plan is 16 weeks long regardless of how many days a week you decide to exercise, however you will also be able to restart any session at any point.
You can also update your plan preferences and navigate all content freely at any time.
Through advanced exercise tracking, you can log your sets, weights lifted, and time taken to perform.
All this information will be collected and tracked in your own personal PR leaderboard built into the app.
You will also be able to add notes on your performance and use our built-in transformation tracking feature to help you stay motivated throughout your journey.
You can visually log your physique update pictures, weight increments and personal notes, making staying on point and seeing your body transform that much easier.
Along with your workout plan, Hardbody offers both a cutting and a bulking meal plan.
Through your subscription, you will get full meal by meal guidance, complete with macronutrient breakdown, ingredients, recipe instructions and supplement recommendations.
